We sit down in meetings with clients to understand their recruitment needs so as to provide them with the best assistance on the selection of worker(s) based on their specified prerequisites.
We also provide clients with our quick and prompt professional advices on statutory requirements for the “Foreign Worker” applications and employment procedures.
- Strict screening of workers
We conduct strict screenings to check and verify workers’ academic qualifications, working experiences, language skills and personal attributes among many others against our checklists to make sure that all workers satisfy and fulfill the basic law and employment requirements. Based on client’s requirements, we screen and shortlist candidates who match the specified prerequisites and thoroughly test all candidates’ intelligence, skills and personal attributes to come up with the best fit for the specified job position.
- Interview Arrangement
For our client’s easy reference, we organize the CV and bio-data of the potential foreign workers for client’s perusal and acknowledgement. We also arrange for phone or personal interviews with the shortlisted workers for the client. - Documentation & Clearance
We take care to ensure that contractual terms of employment are explained and agreed to by the successful candidates and prepare all related documents for application of the Work Pass for the successful candidates.
We also help to prepare the IPA (In-Principle Approval) application details to submit to the Ministry of Manpower for approval.
Our team of professionals also assists workers in the procedure to have their Work Pass Cards issued and help collect workers’ ready Work Pass Cards from Ministry of Manpower.
After clearance of the documentation procedures, our agency will return workers’ passports, Work Pass Cards together with a copy of the workers’ personal documents to the employers.
- Flight & Accomodation
We arrange for workers’ flight and their accommodation upon IPA issued by Ministry of Manpower. - Training & Orientation
We make arrangements to fetch workers from airport to accommodation/work place and for medical check-up appointments and instill in workers about their employers’ expectations and job requirements.
In order to make foreign workers feel at ease working in Singapore, we orientate workers on Singapore food, culture, living style and its legal system (and legal implications).
- After Sales Service
We do regular follow-ups with employers and workers to ensure clients’ satisfaction. We conduct mediation services as well for both between workers and between employers/workers to improve work relations.
In cases whereby the worker is found to be unsuitable, a replacement service will be provided upon employer’s request. Repatriation of the said unsuitable worker will be arranged upon request of employer with valid reasons.
